Editing Services

MacsArt Copyediting LLC provides customized copy and line editing services for publishers, independent authors, students, and web creators in all fields.

Copyediting

Light copyediting includes everything noted at the bottom of this page.

Medium copyediting includes everything at the  light copyediting level. In addition, I supply suggestions for revisions that are needed, for example: faults in organization, logic gaps, definitions of terms. Only suggestions are made; no changes are made to the document itself outside of obvious errors.

Heavy copyediting includes everything at the light and medium copyediting levels. In addition, I correct all errors, and assist in rewriting areas that are wordy or convoluted. I verify and revise incorrect facts and will either repair errors in organization or logic, or query the author.
